Governor Bong Lacson commended the Provincial Veterinary Office, headed by Dr. Renante Decena, and the Alliance of Hog Raisers Association of Negros Occidental (AHRANO), led by its president, Ric Lauron, for their outstanding performance in the delivery of veterinary services to the public, the provision of livelihood support to animal raisers, and the maintenance of the province’s capacity to provide safe and high-quality meat to consumers.
Dr. Decena is retiring from government service this month; he was honored by the governor for his dedicated service.
