Governor Bong Lacson joined the opening of the Himaya Boxing Festival 2023 held at the city’s old city hall building this morning. Himamaylan City Mayor Raymund Tongson, Jr. and other officials welcomed the governor, together with Provincial Sports Coordinator Anthony Carlo Agustin.
