Chief Inspector Alexander Sy of the Negros Occidental District Jail presents a Christmas lantern handcrafted by NODJ inmates to Governor Bong Lacson. He also expressed gratitude to the governor for his support of the district jail’s programs for the well being of jail workers and inmates.
