In a press conference with the local media held this afternoon at the Capitol following the issuance Executive Order Nos. 20-13 and 20-14 , Series of 2020, Governor Bong Lacson announced that all passengers coming from Manila are to be considered as Persons Under Monitoring or PUMs and must therefore undergo a 14-day home quarantine.
