DEPT. OF AGRICULTURE EVALUATORS. Governor Bong Lacson welcomed the Department of Agriculture National Technical Committee Evaluators, led by Jo Ann Grace Pera, who visited the province for the field validation of the Negrense nominee who qualified for the 2022 Search for Outstanding Rural Women.
Dolores Ceralbo of Brgy. Pandanon, Municipality of Don Salvador Benedicto, is a farmer, agripreneur, and community leader, who was recognized by DA for her achievement and advocacy in the field of agriculture and community development. She will represent Western Visayas in the said national search.
Among the evaluators were Ardy Tompong of DA Agricultural and Fishery Information Division, Wilhelmina Pearl Guliman and David Din of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, and representatives from DA Regional Field Office 6.
Provincial Agriculturist, Dr. Edmundo Causing and OPA staff accompanied the evaluators.
