Gov. Bong Lacson , as requested by Bishop Patricio Buzon, represented the Province of Negros Occidental to the Consecration of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the San Sebastian Cathedral, earlier today.

The Diocese of Bacolod joined the entire country in the National Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary coinciding with the 103rd Anniversary of the apparition of the Blessed Mother in Fatima.
