Governor Bong Lacson together with Police Regional Office VI Director, PBGen. Rolando Miranda, and Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office Director Col. Romy Palgue, led the blessing and inauguration of the NOCPPO Kapanalig Hall inside Camp Alfredo Montelibano, Sr. in Bacolod City, today.

The P5 Million project was funded by the Provincial Government and will serve as a multi-purpose purpose hall for various PNP activities.
