Dr. Johannes Paul, Program Manager of the GIZ 3RProMar Project met with Governor Bong Lacson at the Provincial Capitol this morning in the presence of Provincial Environment Management Office Head, Atty. Julie Ann Bedrio.
The GIZ 3RProMar or the “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle to Protect the Marine Environment and Coral Reefs” Project aims to support the ASEAN Member States (AMS) in the improvement of implementation capacities for reducing land-based waste leakage to protect the marine environment.
It is funded by the Federal Republic of Germany through the German Federal Ministry for economic cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the GIZ.
