A forum between the business/private sector and Retired General Mel Feliciano, OPAV’s ASec Jonjie Gonzalez and DOH-7, Dr. Jean Loreche, was held at the Negros Residences in Bacolod City, Friday, September 11, 2020. General Feliciano reiterated his assurance to the people of Negros Occidental that, “Two weeks from now we will start to gain ground.”

Said meeting was arranged by Third District Representative Kiko Benitez as venue for concerns regarding the MECQ. Representative Benitez has emphasized the importance of contact tracing as crucial in identifying pathways of contagion.
