Gov. Bong Lacson was the guest of honor and speaker of the (FOCONO) Federation of Cooperatives of Negros Occidental’s 50th Annual General Assembly Meeting, held at L’fisher Hotel Chalet in Bacolod City, yesterday.

The governor lauded FOCONO for its accomplishments and expressed his support to the plans and programs of the cooperative that benefit its members and the community.
