Negros Occidental First and Second District Mayors were honored and received their respective plaques of recognition, during the Pasidungog 2021, honoring their unwavering courage, commitment and consistency in serving their LGUs and constituents amidst the pandemic.
First District LGUs include the cities of San Carlos and Escalante and the towns of Calatrava, Don Salvador Benedicto, and Toboso.Second
District LGUs include the cities of Sagay and Cadiz, and Municipality of Manapla.
