Governor Bong Lacson, Bureau of Fire Protection Region 6 Director FCSupt. Jerry Candido, and Murcia Mayor Gerry Rojas led the inauguration and turnover of the New Hino – 500 Firetruck to BFP Murcia Fire Station.
The activity was recently held at Murcia Covered Court, in the presence of Board Member Manuel Frederick Ko, Rep. Stephen Paduano, Murcia Vice Mayor Johnny Reosura, Negros Occ. Provincial Fire Marshal FSupt. Kim Celisio, and BFP Murcia Acting Fire Marshal SFO3 Anne Bastian, among others.
The fire truck is designed to have the highest operational uptime in the field, which is expected to carry out tasks more efficiently and reliably during fire incidents.
