Bro. Edgar Esparagoza of the University of St. La Salle Bahay Pag-asa Youth Center received P1.7 million financial assistance from the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental.
The center is transformational facility for Children-in-Conflict with the Law (CICL) and Children-at-Risk (CAR) from Negros Occidental and surrounding areas.
Gov. Bong Lacson turned over the check at the Governor’s Office, this morning, together with Richelle Verdeprado – Manga and Blenda Villanueva of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office.
