Governor Bong Lacson turned over a check worth P2 million to the Municipality of Binalbagan for the medical assistance of individuals in crisis situations, while the Hacienda Esperanza Communal Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association (HECARBA) received financial assistance worth P4,212,230 for the construction of a one-story multi-purpose processing building.
