The members of the Federation of Cattle Raisers Association of the Philippines (FCRAP) from the provinces of Bukidnon, Laguna, Pampanga, Batangas, Masbate, and Misamis Oriental pay a visit to Gov. Bong Lacson at the Capitol, this morning, and talked on the province’s initiative on cattle production and livelihood programs.
