Commission on Population and Development (POPCOM) VI Regional Director Harold Marshall, together with Family Planning Organization of the Philippines – Iloilo Chapter Program Manager, Monaliza Diones, Erma Santero, Joverlyn Chavez, and Florita Unigo, met with Gov. Bong Lacson at the Capitol, this afternoon, for the proposed Family Planning Caravan in the province that aims to advocate the values and benefits of family planning, youth education, and reproductive health.
