Governor Bong Lacson welcomed Toshihiko Nonaka, president of Civil Web Co., Kiyoshi Okura, president of Hakataori Co., Kazuya Imanish, president of IMA Co., Yasuaki Nagaishi, secretary general of OISCA Japan, and Gregory Mapa, vice president of OISCA Philippines at the Governor’s Office this afternoon.
The group is in the province to look into potential partnership on silk production. They are also set to visit the OISCA Training Center in Bago City, managed by its director, Shigemi Watanabe.
