DONATION. Councilor Jake Balanay of Iligan City, turned over a check worth P1 Million to Governor Bong Lacson at the Capitol, as donation for Typhoon Odette victims in the province.

Councilor Balanay represented the Iligan City government. He was accompanied by Atty. Jocelle Batapa-Sigue of Bacolod City.
