The Coordinated Operations to Defeat Epidemic (CODE) Team led by National Policy Against Covid-19 Deputy Chief Implementer Secretary Vince Dizon, together with Negros Occidental Gov. Bong Lacson, Third District Congressman Kiko Benitez, Cong. Stephen Paduano, Silay City Mayor Mark Golez, Provincial Consultant and former Congressman, Albee Benitez, Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfando Diaz, and Dept. of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Regional VI Director, Engr. Lea Delfinado, among others, led the inauguration of the Off-site Dormitory for Medical Workers at Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City, today.

The quarantine facilities of Bacolod City were also inaugurated together with Deputy Chief Implementer for Visayas, Ret. Gen Mel Feliciano, Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia, and Bacolod City Administrator Em Ang.
