The NOSP Pagkaon Scholars who are taking up agriculture-related courses at the Catholic Ming Yuan College in the Municipality of Murcia had a Christmas song rendition at the Governor’s Office as a way of thanking Gov. Bong Lacson for his support to the scholarship program. The governor also received a token from the school school’s executives.
