Governor Bong Lacson turned over P16.5 million worth of financial assistance to 55 barangays of the different LGUs of the province to be used for development projects.
The checks were received by the respective punong barangays and representatives, in a ceremonial turn over held at the Provincial Capitol last Friday, September 16, 2022.
The beneficiaries barangays received P300,000 each for the projects namely, construction of street lights, rehabilitation of barangay day care center, purchase of office/disaster equipment, installation of solar streetlights, purchase of multi-purpose vehicle, concreting of barangay road, construction of multi-purpose pavement, construction of perimeter fence, improvement of water system, rehabilitation of covered court, expansion of barangay health station, rehabilitation of barangay hall, construction of women’s center, and installation of barangay CCTV.
Also present at the activity were Board Members Andrew Montelibano, Jeffrey Tubola, Sixto Pal Guanzon, and Valentino Miguel Alonso, and Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz.
