Governor Bong Lacson signed a Deed of Donation with the Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) – La Carlota Stock Farm, represented by its Center Director, Eva Rom, relative to the donation of a building structure for the restoration of the milk processing facility.
The signing was held at the Governor’s Office, Provincial Capitol yesterday afternoon, in the presence of Provincial Veterinary Office OIC, Dr. Placeda Lemana, and PVO staff.
Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz also signed the said Deed of Donation.
The restoration of the milk processing facility and the permanent use of the building to house the facility will benefit carabao raisers, associations, and cooperatives in the province.
The PCC is located at the La Ganja Stock Farm in la Carlota City.
It is a national government agency under the Department of Agriculture.
