Gov. Bong Lacson, Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, and Capitol employees paid tribute in honor of the late Former Governor Daniel “Bitay” Lacson held at the Social Hall, Provincial Capitol, today.
The remains of the former governor were brought to the Capitol in the morning, followed by a solemn procession.
A Mass Celebration and Necrological Service were held to commemorate his life and legacy.
