Governor Bong Lacson received the Safety Seal Certificate from the DILG, today, after the Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol passed the on-site inspection and evaluation by the inspection team yesterday.
The Safety Seal signifies the compliance of the Capitol with the minimum health standards required to contain the transmission of COVID-19.
The approval was given by DILG Negros Occidental OIC Provincial Director Roselyn Quintana at the Capitol Social Hall, in the presence of Negros Occ. Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz.
The Inspection and Certification Team for the Safety Seal is composed of representatives from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
