WATCH. CAPITOL EXTENDS ASSISTANCE TO FIRE AND FLOOD VICTIMS IN SAN CARLOS
Governor Bong Lacson led the distribution of cash assistance yesterday, November 20, 2021, to victims of flood and fire incidents in San Carlos City, through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office.
A total of P85,000 were distributed to 17 flood victims, while P640,000 were distributed to 64 fire victims.
Meanwhile, 80 senior citizens have also received their social pensions at P3,000 each for the period of January to June of this year.
PSWDO OIC Merle Garcia and staff facilitated the distribution of assistance to the beneficiaries.
Mayor Renato Gustilo of San Carlos City and other local officials were also present at the activity.
The beneficiaries thanked Gov. Lacson and the Provincial Government for the help extended to them.
Gov. Lacson also urged every beneficiary to get vaccinated against COVID-19 to help achieve herd immunity.
