Gov. Bong Lacson and Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz welcomed stakeholders and private proponents of the P1.2B Bulk Water Project of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental, during a Pre-bid Conference, held at the Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City, this morning.

The governor thanked all potential bidders for their interest, for seeing the wisdom, value, and viability of the said project, and for sharing the vision of setting a standard for effective and sustainable water management.
