WATCH. Batch 7 Dualtech Scholars sign MOA with Capitol
Another 35 grantees of the Dualtech Scholarship Program signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental and Buglas Foundation, Inc., at the Capitol on February 10, 2023.
The grantees will study Electromechanics Technology Course at Dualtech Training Center Foundation, Inc. in Calamba, Laguna for two years, sponsored by the Provincial Government.
Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz represented Governor Bong Lacson at the MOA signing, while Buglas Foundation, a Bacolod-based partner of Dualtech, was represented by Project Coordinator Roger Sarmiento, and Dualtech Training Center was represented by Jerry Webb Muhi.
Negros Occidental Scholarship Program (NOSP) Head Karen Dinsay, and Rommel Tejada and Eric Dela Cruz of Dualtech also witnessed the MOA signing.
The qualified scholars are out-of-school youth from the different cities and municipalities of the province.
PA Atty. Diaz encouraged scholars to be diligent in their studies and work hard to achieve their dreams and help their families.
The scholarship aims to produce more Negrense electromechanics technicians to have a chance to be employed in over 200 partner companies of Dualtech.
Dualtech Community Relations Manager, Rodolfo Sta. Ana III conducted an orientation about Dualtech Training Center after the MOA Signing.
