Governor Bong Lacson turned over today a total of P1.9 million worth of insurance benefits to the families of barangay tanods, officials, and BHWs from the different LGUs of the province, enrolled under the Provincial Government’s Barangay Insurance Program.
The distribution of insurance claims was held at the Capitol Park and Lagoon, this morning, as part of the celebration of the 77th Negros Island Victory Day.
Also present at the turn over ceremony were Board Members Rita Gatuslao, Anton Occeno, Sixto Pal Guanzon and Miguel Alonso, and Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz.
