Governor Bong Lacson was welcomed by Vice President Gerald S.A. Perez and Marketing Manager Sharlene Guerrero at the Guam Visitors Bureau located in Tumon, Guam. They discussed the possibility of a travel expo between Negros Occidental and Guam.

The governor was with Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, EA IV and PIO Charina Magallanes – Tan, and Provincial Tourism Officer Cheryl Decena. The group was accompanied by Consul General Patrick John Hilado, head of the Philippine Consulate on Guam.
