Governor Bong Lacson turned over newly-repaired ambulances to the provincial government-run Ignacio Arroyo Memorial District Hospital in Isabela and Eleuterio T. Decena Memorial Hospital in Hinobaan, in the presence of Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, and hospital chiefs, Dr. Ma. Lalaine Teorima and Dr. Jiji Lucil Verzosa.
