Acting Negros Occidental Police Provincial Director, Col. Leo Pamittan called on Governor Bong Lacson at the Provincial Capitol, yesterday. The governor has directed newly installed acting police provincial director to maintain the peace order in the province and ensure a peaceful and orderly election. Col. Pamittan was also welcomed by Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz.
