Gov. Bong Lacson presided over the 3rd Provincial Integrated Water Security Council (PIWSC) Meeting held at the Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City, this morning.

Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz discussed proactive measures to activate LGU Technical Working Groups and the cascading of the PIWSP while Atty. Jessa Genteroles presented updates on the Bulk Water Project.
