Outgoing and incoming Provincial Links of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Negros Occidental Provincial Operations Office, namely Emile Octavio and Cherrilyn Alvarez, met with Gov. Bong Lacson at the Provincial Capitol today and assured of proper and hastened implementation of the 4Ps Program in the province.

4Ps is a human development program of the national government that invests in the health and education of poor households, particularly families with children aged 0 – 18 years old.

It is implemented in partnership with Local Government Units, national government agencies, civil society organizations, and private sectors.
