Four more Negrense young professionals are bound for Japan to work in various companies. They are Ember Ruth Nombre of Himamaylan City, Marjoe Javier of Kabankalan City, and Neil Arevalo and Keith Ian Centillas of Talisay City.
They paid a courtesy visit to Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz at the Capitol, this afternoon. With them are Negros Occ. Scholarship Program Head, Karen Dinsay, and Shigemi and Thelma Watanabe of OISCA Bago Training Center.
They were chosen by Japanese companies through OISCA International and were granted of a working visa. Both scholars are products of the Provincial Government Scholarship Program, OISCA International, Japan and OISCA Bago Training Center collaboration.
