The Provincial Development Council (PDC) held its 3rd Quarter Meeting at the Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City yesterday, September 9, 2022, presided over by Gov. Bong Lacson as chairman.
Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, presented the Development Direction of the province, anchored on the Abanse Negrense Priority Development Agenda.
The Dept. of Public Works and Highways gave an update on the status of Panay-Guimaras-Negros Bridge for endorsement to the Regional Development Council.
The council also approved the Provincial Commodity Investment Plan for Coffee presented by Provincial Agriculturist, Dr. Edmundo Raul Causing, as well as the 2022 and 2023 Supplemental Annual Investment Program presented by PPDO OIC and PDC Secretary Anna Marie Lucasan.
The selected Civil Society Organization representatives to the Local Health Board and Local Development Council were also presented at the meeting.
