Association of Negros Producers (ANP) President Arlene Infante, Negros Occ. Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator Anna Marie Lucasan, Technology and Livelihood Development Center (TLDC) Head Liberty Alarcon, together with DTI VI Director Rachel Nufable and 303rd Brigade Commander Gen. Orlando Edralin, among others, led today’s 31st Bulawan Awards, 2nd Pilak Awards, and First ANP – PGNO, Balik Salig Awards and Trade Fair held at Ayala Malls Capitol Central.

The activity aims to provide a venue for MSMEs to innovate and develop and showcase food and non-food products using locally available raw materials.
