Governor Bong Lacson visited Cadiz City this morning for the opening of the 27th Paralympiada, a sports and cultural competition for differently abled individuals, which is one of the highlights of the 2025 Dinagsa Festival.
The event, held at the Cadiz City Hall grounds, is organized by the City Government of Cadiz in partnership with the Department of Education and the Cadiz City Sped Center. It aims to raise awareness and support for children with special needs.
This year’s Paralympiada is themed, “Community Beyond Disabilities – Fostering Bonds and Inclusion.”
