Negrense Ms. Earth candidate, Riah Angelica De Ocampo, paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Bong Lacson at the Capitol, today. She will represent Silay City, Negros Occidental in the upcoming national pageant.
De Ocampo was also welcomed by Executive Assistant to the Governor, Marie June Castro, together with the local media.
