Negros Occ. Gov. Bong Lacson welcomed all participants and guests to the 2025 National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) Visayas Regional Championships, which officially kicked off today at Bacolod City National High School.

The event is hosted by the Province of Negros Occidental.

NBTC is an organization that runs a basketball league for high school students in the Philippines.

It is the official grassroots basketball program of the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas Inc., which aims to identify and develop young basketball players.
