The Philippine Association of Local Treasurers and Assessors (PHALTRA), Inc., led by its Executive Officer, Engr. Eduardo Cedo, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Bong Lacson at the Capitol yesterday to invite him to the opening ceremonies of the 89th PHALTRA National Convention, scheduled February 18, 2025, in Bacolod City.
