Negros Occidental Gov. Bong Lacson and Dennis Franco Layug, president of the East West International Education Specialists, Inc. (EWIES) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the collaboration of the Negros Occ. Language and IT Center and EWIES on implementing micro-credentials and certification programs for the upskilling and re-tooling individuals.
The ceremonial signing was held at the Governor’s Office, Provincial Capitol this morning, with Negros Occ. Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz and NOLITC Administrator Dr. Ma. Cristina Orbecido.
