Gov. Bong Lacson turned over financial assistance worth P1 million to Bacolod Girls’ Home Foundation, Inc., represented by its Executive Director Ellen Lagtapon, at the Capitol this morning, funded through the Provincial Council for the Protection of Children (PCPC).
The foundation is a non-government organization that provides temporary shelter to orphans, abandoned, and abused girls.
