Farmer-beneficiaries from the LGUs of Cauayan, Candoni, Hinoba-an, Ilog, Kabankalan City, and Sipalay City received a total of P18,850,000.00 worth of financial assistance, this morning, as part of the Presidential Assistance for Farmers, Fisherfolk, and Families (PAFFF) for the Province of Negros Occidental.

Gov. Bong Lacson led the ceremonial distribution of P10,000 each to 1,885 farmers, in a program held at Ilog Covered Court, together with Board Members Jeffrey Tubola and Manuel Frederick Ko, and Dr. Dina Genzola, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist OIC, among others.
