Gov. Bong Lacson turned over financial assistance worth P190,000 to Annabilla Alacre of Cadiz City, sister of Loreta Alacre who was an OFW and a war victim in Isreal.

The financial assistance is part of the Provincial Migration and Development Initiatives Project of Negros Occidental.
