Gov. Bong Lacson graced the 33rd General Membership Assembly of CAPGEM Community Multi-purpose Cooperative held at SMX Convention Center in Bacolod City, today.

Gov. Lacson said that digital transformation is in everyone’s midst, and as a big and growing cooperative, CAPGEM must be able to navigate well and capitalize on the positive effects of digitalization.

“To the new set of officers, you are the key instruments in setting the direction of CAPGEM, and the success of CAPGEM largely depends on your leadership and dedication,” he said.
