Gov. Bong Lacson welcomed all participating teams and guests at the opening of the World Archery Grassroots Development Program Tournament held at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City, this afternoon.

According to Gov. Lacson, the sports event is a celebration of potential, unity, and the spirit of growth for young athletes and another opportunity to fortify the province’s grassroots programs on sports.

“At the core of this initiative is the belief that sports have the power to instill enduring virtues and transcend boundaries. This is about nurturing dreams and aspirations,” he said.
