Engr. Corazon Ditarro and Engr. Jocel Mendoza of the Water Resources Management Division under the Dept. of Agriculture – Bureau of Soils and Water Management (DA-BSWM) met with Gov. Bong Lacson at the Governor’s Office, this morning, for a briefing on the conduct of a Joint Area Assessment for Pre-Cloud Seeding Operation in the province on March 4 – 8, 2024.
