Gov. Bong Lacson has directed the distribution of the P31 Million worth of rice subsidy to all the 31 cities and municipalities of the province. Each LGU will be receiving P1 Million worth of rice to augment the emergency food assistance program of every local government unit for the duration of the Enhance Community Quarantine.
