Gov. Bong Lacson signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Multi-Sectoral Alliance for Development (MUAD) – Negros Executive Director Reynic Alo at the Capitol, today, to seal the official partnership for this year’s Panaad sa Negros Festival celebration.
Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, Provincial Legal Officer Atty. Alberto Nellas, Jr., and Technology and Livelihood Development Center (TLDC) Head Liberty Alarcon witnessed the MOA signing.
The 28th Panaad sa Negros Festival is slated April 15 – 21, 2024.Panaad will be launched on March 18, 2024 at the Capitol Park and Lagoon.*
