Governor Bong Lacson led the official opening of the Abanse Negrense National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) Visayas Regional Championship at the covered court of Bacolod Tay Tung High School, this afternoon.

NBTC Program Director Coach Frederick “Eric” Altamirano, Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SPB) Executive Director Erika Caitlin Dy, SPB Technical Academy Head Andrew The, Marissa Beltran-Altamarino, Commissioner Hector Villanueva, and Provincial Sports Coordinator Anthony Carlo Agustin were present at the opening of the sports event.
